About us

a.Duy's Bees was founded by Duy Nguyen.  An engineer by training and a beekeeper by passion. Duy started beekeeping as a hobby in 2015, hoping to help contribute to the preservation of honey bees, whose population declines every year at an alarming rate. Soon his hobby turned into a passion and from there *a.Duy's Bees* was born! a.Duy's Bees call Franklin, WI home.  Twice a year the honey is harvested from the hives and goes straight into the bottle after the wax is filtered out. The honey is raw, the closest you can get to nature. 

In case you're curious about our name. "a.Duy" is shorthand for "anh Duy", brother Duy in Vietnamese, and how Duy's siblings endearingly call him. "a. Duy we have an emergency, we are out of honey!"
